Some of the requests are marked "Completed with Warnings"
If one or more of your transformation requests has completed with warnings, do not be alarmed. This status is assigned when it is determined that your transformation server's environment can be optimized. Review your event logs as well as the description of the problem written into the transformation request. Make any necessary changes. After that you may optionally re-queue the transformation request to determine if the optimizations were successful. This is not something you must do. The corresponding publications should have published properly despite the warning.
As long as none of the transformation requests have failed, you may move on to verifying that your publications are correct.
