Hyper.Net SharePoint Edition Getting Started Guide
Test procedure
Here's where you put Hyper.Net to the test, learn about some of its key features and find out how to use them. First select a Word document representative of the content you wish to publish into your solution. (We recommend always starting with a Word document as your first test document). Ideally the document should have a heading level structure (created with Word's standard heading level styles) and contain images, tables and other formatting.
Follow these steps:

Step
1
Click on the Document Libraries tab, go to the Sample library and click on Upload - Upload Document.
2
After browsing for your Word document and entering a version comment (at this time, please upload only one document), you will be presented with the document profile:
3
Populate the various values on the document profile as desired. Each field contains a description of its purpose. For a full demonstration we recommend leaving all of the defaults. Be sure to read the description for each field to familiarize yourself with Hyper.Net's standard capabilities.
4
Click on OK to upload the document.
5
Verify that a transformation request for your document is in the Hyper.Net Request Queue. Enable the Auto Refresh option while you're waiting for all renditions to be created and published into SharePoint. This may take awhile if your document is very long, contains a very complex mix of content or if your Hyper.Net Transformation Server has limited resources.

6
When the transformation request has been completed, click on the Publishing Center tab, find your document under today's date and click on it. Review all of the alternative formats for correctness. Remember that you can navigate through the Rich Hypertext rendition by clicking on the Next and Previous buttons, by clicking on the Table of Contents button between these buttons or by using the Navigation option on the publication navigation bar.
7
Repeat the process multiple times with this document, editing properties on the document profile along the way each time to get a feel for how the process works. Try again with additional documents created with other authoring tools.
