Security in the document library
Security in the document library is implemented using standard SharePoint practices. Hyper.Net does not play a role here. To view the permissions for any document in a document library, select Manage permissions from the document’s context menu:
The permissions that appear will be those that have either been created specifically for the document or have been inherited from the parent folder, the document library, the site or the site collection.
