How to check the transformation process
Every Hyper.Net version comes with between 5 and 10 sample documents. If your environment is functioning correctly, these documents will have been automatically checked into the document library you selected during the installation process. As a result of this check-in process, a transformation request for each document will have been automatically sent to the Hyper.Net Request Queue. Your first task is to verify that these requests have been created and that they are being processed.
Open the Hyper.Net Administration Console in your browser. Your screen should look something like this:
One of the requests in the Request View should be marked In Progress. This is indicated by a rotating black symbol in the Status column on the right side of the screen.
If there are no requests in this view (the default view displays requests with the Pending Current status), it could be that the sample documents have already been transformed. Check to see if this is the case by selecting the status Completed from the dropdown list circled above in red.
In the Completed view, any requests that have been completed—and ultimately all of the requests associated with the sample documents—should be marked with a green checkmark in the Status column on the right as shown below.
To finally verify that all requests have completed without errors, switch to the All Requests status view. If all of the requests are marked with a green checkmark, you're ready to verify that the corresponding publications are correct. If not, proceed to Troubleshooting.
