Fields of interest on the topic content type form
You may have noticed that a number of other properties that may be useful to you are defined on the topic form. Here are some general comments about these values:
  ·
All of the properties are classified as publication metadata. This means they are automatically and always populated by Hyper.Net for every Topic that is created. You do not need to define any field mapping relations in the schema designer associated with the document type profile for any given content type.
  ·
SharePoint's standard planned start date and planned end date properties are not used. The effective date of a publication, as well as its publication and expiration dates, are managed separately by Hyper.Net and the Hyper.Net Request Queue.
  ·
The Contact field is required by WCMS. Hyper.Net automatically publishes Administrator by default. If you wish to use another value as the default, modify hypernetconfig.xml in the HyperNet folder. You can also define field mappings in schemas that will populate this value from properties defined on the content type.
  ·
A complete list of properties available for use is available in Hyper.Net publication metadata.
